Shipping policy

Each DAKLIK piece is prepared with care and attention to detail, from our atelier to your door.

Dispatch

Orders are carefully prepared within 2–3 business days and sent via Yodel Tracked Delivery.

Delivery is typically 2–3 business days following dispatch, at a flat rate of £5.

During collection launches, seasonal periods and special releases, preparation may require up to an additional 10 business days. We thank you for allowing us the time to prepare your piece properly.

Presentation

Your DAKLIK piece will arrive enclosed in a protective garment bag and carefully secured within our signature packaging, preserving the integrity of the garment throughout its journey.

Tracking

Once your piece leaves us, a dispatch confirmation and tracking details will be sent to you by email.

A signature is not ordinarily required upon delivery. Your carrier may provide photographic confirmation of delivery.

Delays

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays and customs processing.

Should your order remain undelivered 14 business days after dispatch, please contact info@daklik.com and our team will be pleased to assist.
